Cheese Cake






INGREDIENTS
Gramah Cracker Crust
1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted



DIRECTIONS:
1.In a small bowl, combine the crumbs and sugar; add butter and blend well. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-in. pie plate.

2.Bake at 375 degrees F for 7-10 minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack before filling.



INGREDIENTS:
Cheese Cake Filling
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
16 ounces cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract





DIRECTIONS:

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2.Beat softened cream cheese slightly. Add eggs, sugar, vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Pour mixture into crust.

3.Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) until firm, about 25 minutes. Let cheesecake cool then top fresh berries, if desired. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving.
